Are you looking for a role in IT Tech to have a diverse day to day with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills? Our North London based client is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to grow and succeed within their company.

You will be engaging with users and helping them to resolve their tech issues. If you are a personable and happy to talk to most people, whilst also being good with technology and with a willingness to really learn, this will be the role for you. You will be learning amongst some amazing Technology mentors for your career.

To succeed in this role, you will: -
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office 365
  • Have an understanding of centralised distribution using Microsoft Intune and SCCM
  • Offer exceptional customer service and act as technical expert
  • Understand how and when you need to escalate issues to the senior infrastructure support team.
