Location: Boutique Hotel, North Norfolk
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor/Senior Supervisor to join our client's team at a charming Boutique Hotel in North Norfolk. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the operation of our client's pubs. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a shift leader, opening and closing the establishment.
  • Handling cash operations, including cashing up.
  • Managing and running the shift effectively, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
  • Providing support to the pub manager when they are not on duty.
Key Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
