Chef de Partie
- Run your section and cook great food every day
- Assist junior chefs and help them grow
- Keep standards high – presentation, portion control, and allergens
- Stick to recipes, manage stock, and minimise waste
- Lead your section and step up when Deputy Head or Head Chef is away
- Mentor junior chefs and oversee service
- Manage stock, minimise waste, and support events
- Help with menu planning and recipe development
- Deputise for the Sous Chef and lead shifts when needed
- Supervise the team and make sure service runs smoothly
- Help develop signature dishes and menu ideas
- Motivate and support the kitchen team while keeping standards sky-high
- Chef de Partie: NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, with relevant experience
- Senior CDP: Experienced section leader in a busy kitchen
- Junior Sous: previous professional kitchen experience with leadership ability
- Skilled, organised, flexible, and passionate about delivering excellent food
- Willing to work evenings and weekends when needed
