In this role, you'll:
- Work together with the Head Chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen in their absence.
- Lead by example, motivating and mentoring junior chefs to reach their full potential.
- Maintain the high standards of quality and consistency that the restaurant is known for.
- Contribute to menu development, putting your creative stamp on culinary offerings.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control measures.
- Has previous experience in a senior kitchen role.
- Possesses exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and train a team.
- Has a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
