Are you a "do as I do not as I say" Team Leader? Do you have proven experience of working within a factory environment?
Working for an extremely busy manufacturer just near to Beccles, we are looking for two Senior Operators, one to work days and one to work nights.
The product made at the factory is quite niche and so the industry you have worked in previously is not so important. What is though, is that you have experience of working as a Senior Operator/Team Leader and have successfully managed teams of people before.
This person will be responsible for overseeing about 10-15 people. Key to this role is being able to ensure all your Operators are doing what they should be and also adhering to all the strict Health & Safety regulations. You'll need to be organised and have the ability to lead from the front and by example. As a Manager you will be firm but fair.
There are attractive hours available with an opportunity to become a permanent member of staff after a successful qualifying period of 12 weeks.
