Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm
Pay Rate:
£12.36 – £13.75 per hour (DOE)
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Mildenhall. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.
Duties:
- Working within a fast-paced production environment
- Operating machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Assembling and handling manufactured components
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
- Manual handling and heavy lifting involved
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production targets
- Previous manufacturing or production experience advantageous but not essential
