In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the principal professional advisor on all things estate management for the Council's property interests. You'll work closely with the Asset Management Group, offering invaluable guidance on strategy formulation and enhancement. Your role will be instrumental in liaising with various Council service divisions, members, tenants, and the public, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and engagement with property-related issues. A full Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuer status will be your tools of the trade, along with a comprehensive understanding of managing a diverse land and property asset portfolio.
