My client are an award winning digital agency with a strong international client base. As part of their ongoing growth they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior digital project manager or Project Lead to join their project delivery team. Could this be you?!
You will be a conscientious professional with a great deal of enthusiasm, a good knowledge of digital technologies, excellent attention to detail and commercial experience of delivering digital design and build projects. You'll naturally be able to confidently articulate ideas and strategies to both clients and their internal project delivery team and you'll have the ability to produce fully rationalised briefs and detailed project documentation.
You'll be responsible for giving a high quality client-facing service, building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring project scoping, documentation and goals are fully and clearly communicated and agreed with all stakeholders.
You'll be able to identify and develop new opportunities with current and prospective clients, and will be able to manage projects throughout their entire project lifecycle, agreeing methodologies, running meetings, managing scope creep, creating reports and analysing results, suggesting improvement ideas where identified.
The ability to record information accurately for internal CRM, project budgeting, forecasting, task management, time recording and client invoicing is a must, and you'll of course possess good knowledge of the digital space, always maintaining an awareness of emerging technologies and methodologies that would be of benefit to their clients.

●You will have experience of working in an agency environment
●You will be great at organising with excellent attention to detail
●You'll be self-motivated and will be able to meet deadlines
●You'll have a good understanding of creative / digital project delivery processes
●You'll have confident internal presentation capabilities and an understanding of the project risks and how to mitigate against them
●You'll be able to identify changing scope / business requirements
●You'll have an awareness and understanding of Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies, and project management tools
My client's office is based in Norwich City centre although at present the team are remote working - you will be able to work in Norwich as and when the situation allows, so please only apply if that's possible.
