Our East Anglia based client is currently looking for a Senior Development Co-ordinator for various projects across Suffolk.
As a Senior Development Co-ordinator, you are in charge of the information flow for the entirety of pre-construction. You will be liasing with various groups to ensure that all work is done in a swift, effective manner and taking responsibility for key parts in the process that are integral to the project itself – including assuming the named contact of Principle Designer until planning is approved, progressing applications and planning permissions with the relevant authorities and bodies and briefing various members of the team on their expectations.
However, this added responsibility has its pluses, as you will be working with an adept team of housebuilders, constantly being encouraged to experiment and try new things in order to figure out the best course of action. There is also a guaranteed steady stream of work, as our client prides itself on its relationship building and land planning abilities.
