To add further experience and knowledge to their senior team, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to be the conduit between customer and works carried out, project managing a series of high profile contracts along the South Norfolk corridor.
It's a traditional family-run business, and the policies and procedures the team maintains has fostered a level of confidence in their ability to deliver challenging projects on time, on budget and to specification, securing them an enviable reputation within the industry.
The role would suit an experienced CM or PM with a mechanical bias where you be involved with estimating, tendering, procurement, cost maintenance, contract negotiation and on site risk assessments.
