Due to the reopening of my clients wedding & events business I am recruiting for a Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef to join the team at an award winning private wedding venue in Essex. Due to the location its essential that you have access to a car or motorbike.
I am looking for a Senior CDP/Junior Sous, who is looking to join a team where every service is different, where you are supported and offered training to further your career.
The client caters for over 220 weddings a year varying from small intimate wedding to large full scale weddings for 150, all the food is cooked & prepared fresh on site with all ingredients being sourced from local suppliers.
You will be joining a team of 5 and will be integral to the smooth running of the business.
You will work a variety of shifts, 7-4, 8-5, 11-8, 12-9 covering Breakfast, Canapes, the Wedding Breakfast and Evening Buffet.
