Our Essex based client is on the look out for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their adept Surveying team ensuring that their building schemes go to plan.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be using your sought after skills and qualifications to develop, design and project manage various building schemes, negotiate and deliver contracts and effectively liaise with clients and Contractors. You will be working alongside a team leader in multiple different sectors – perfect for someone that is looking for variety in their next role.
You will also be joining a team of similarly hardworking people, and through the use of fully expensed social events and office team building exercises, you will be welcomed fully into a friendly, supportive work environment. You will also be given ample opportunities for professional and personal development.
