Our client is a specialist business offering property and and flexible workspace to a range of organisations, with a network across the UK.

In this very varied role, as the Sales Co-ordinator, you will be part of the Sales team helping assist potential clients with their space enquiries and helping them secure space, involved with pricing, negotiation, finding leads, website maintenace and some marketing, as well as keeping systems up to date.

Working for the Sales Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of putting clients into office space. No two days are the same and as the initial point of contact for new enquiries, you'll build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and convey the benefits of being a tenant.

You'll be sending information, arranging viewings, and following through all aspects of that customer journey to its successful conclusion, collaborating with regional colleagues along the way. You may be negotiating prices or lease terms, nurturing leads or finding new ones, keeping the website and online listings up to date, assisting with space promotion events and activities, and ensuring our their customer database and internal record-keeping is accurate. The role also involves close collaboration with their Operations and Marketing teams and routine administrative tasks. Occasional travel to other centres may be required.

Key responsibilities

Coordination of the sale of office space, involving:

o Responding to initial space enquiries received;
o Ensuring accurate records of space enquiries are maintained on the database;
o Maintaining regular communication with enquirers until space is found to meet their needs;
o Seeing through the full sales process from enquiry to onboarding
o Keeping our online listings up to date
o Keeping website centre page content up to date
o Providing general administrative and operational support to the team

Additionally, you will carry out:

• Space promotion activity
• Conducting occasional viewings
• Supporting the delivery of our digital and SEO strategy
• Collaborating within Sales, Operations and the PR & Marketing Teams on their wider strategy and offerings
• Other activities/tasks appropriate to the role

Person attributes

This is a busy, demanding and hands-on' role that will require someone who is organised, enthusiastic, confident and a problem solver. You will need:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills - you must have at least a grade C in GCSE English
• Organisation and efficiency, with the ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines and multi-task;
• Accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ideally understanding of a soft sales approach
• Good negotiation skills
• Willingness to get stuck into routine tasks as well as more interesting projects
• A good level of IT literacy experience using databases and Microsoft Office


Benefits
