Our client based in Cowley, a leading global business, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as Sales Administrator.

In this varied role, the successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to the Sales department. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £24-29k plus a generous benefits package (including an early Friday finish!).

The Role
·Co-ordinate all activities involved in the administration of sales and enquiries
·Deal with emails and calls into the office
·Updating the CRM
·Send order confirmations to clients
·Issue invoices to clients

The Ideal Candidate

·Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
·Minimum 2 years administration experience
·CRM experience
·Efficient organisational skills and timekeeping
·IT proficiency

The Benefits

The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £24-29k alongside a holiday package of 25 days, Pension scheme, Cyclescheme, Techscheme, Free Eye tests and glasses, life insurance, parking plus more!

Hours are between 8-5 Monday to Thursday and Friday 8-4, however our client has flexible working meaning core hours are between 9-4 (Monday to Thursday) or 9-2:30 (on a Friday).
