Are you fanatical about giving excellent customer service to your clients? Do you have Account Management experience gained in the tech or SaaS sector and are now hungry for a new challenge?

My client are increasing their success month on month, and having already expanded in their sales and customer success teams, they are now keen to add even more value to their clients by recruiting a solutions focussed Enterprise Account Manager.

With experience in onboarding clients, you will be naturally investigative with the ability to understand what your client's need. It will come naturally to you to communicate, building the rapport and really developing long term relationships.

With a focus on retentions and renewals, service will be the most important priority to you - however you will have a slight sales edge, as will always be looking to more ways to increase the ROI such as upselling, upgrading and looking at cross selling opportunities.
