Job Description:
This Client is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our resort just outside Maldon.
We are looking for a standards-driven individual with an ideally hotel-style background, accustomed to volume that comes from a multi-sectioned Restaurant setting.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large team; our current restaurant team consists of approximately 45 individuals, a mix of full-time and part-time staff, operating a full board offering with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
This role reports to the Resort F&B Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Oversee a large team, ensuring standards are maintained
- Coordinate and manage full board offerings
- Collaborate with the Resort F&B Manager
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a hotel-style setting
- Ability to handle high-volume operations
- Experience managing large teams
- Familiarity with full board offerings
- Strong standards and quality focus
