You’ll be leading a team of resourcing officers and assistants, bringing your knowledge of recruitment practices and legislation to lead from the front in order to bring down the costs of agency fees. You’ll be using your recruitment “nous” to make sure all applicants are processed correctly and your team has support to meet their KPIs effectively. You’ll be the central point of knowledge for all recruitment administration, working on the modern systems our client prides themselves on.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Use your strong leadership skills to guide and nurture your recruitment team to success.
- Deploy your knowledge to act as a specialist consultant to other teams around recruitment.
- Act as a central point for knowledge of recruitment law and new legislation.
