Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a forward-thinking global organisation? Do you thrive managing complex projects from concept through delivery, juggling multiple stakeholders and keeping everything on track?

We're recruiting confidentially for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role with a well-established, global business operating in the packaging and solutions sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team where your project management expertise will be truly valued.

THE ROLE
You'll be at the heart of project delivery, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Managing new customer onboarding and working through all internal processes and procedures
  • Preparing detailed briefs for new product development enquiries, handling samples, costs and timings
  • Collating technical drawings, artworks and specifications from clients
  • Managing all commercial and financial data with customers
  • Providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Collecting client feedback and managing approvals
  • Raising internal purchase orders for samples, tooling and production
  • Managing order validation processes with precision
  • Liaising with planning and logistics teams on production timings and delivery schedules
  • Maintaining and updating sales forecasts
  • Drafting contracts and dealing confidently with a large quantity of information and competing priorities
  • Working within the ERP system to keep data current and accurate
THE PERSON
You're organised, detail-focused, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of quality or timelines. You're comfortable with Excel and project management systems, and you're equally confident dealing with clients, stakeholders and colleagues. You work well in busy, thriving environments and can prioritise with ease.

Ideally, you'll have experience in the packaging industry – this could be manufacturing, distribution, design or related sectors. Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a plus, as is familiarity with global brands, particularly in FMCG or luxury goods.

You understand project management processes and their interdependencies. You can foresee potential pitfalls and act proactively to mitigate them. You're detail-oriented, commercially aware, and thrive when managing complexity.

THE OFFER
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days in the office at a location just outside Cambridge (ideally within 1-1.5 hours of Royston). In return, you'll receive:
  • Competitive salary
  • Additional health and life insurance
  • Income protection
  • 4% pension contribution
  • A collaborative, growth-focused environment
If this sounds like you and you're ready for an exciting next step, we'd love to hear from you.
