Job Opportunity: Production / Glass Operative

Location: Catfield
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30
Pay: £12.25 starting rate with increase after probation
 
Select Recruitment is currently recruiting for Production / Glass Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Catfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team in a growing manufacturing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality glass products to required standards
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Safely lift and manipulate glass components (mechanised lifting available for heavy items)
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
  • Carry out any other duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
  • Ability to follow technical drawings and work instructions
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Physically fit and comfortable handling materials
  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
