As a Production Operative, your primary purpose will be to ensure the effective operation of plant, systems, and processes, supporting our critical missions. You will play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining H&S and hygiene standards. Your dedication to following Operating Procedures and complying with the quality management systems will promote a "Right first time" culture, ensuring our client delivers the best products to customers.
Your specific responsibilities will be based on the resource area in which you are positioned, such as Blending Formulation, Manufacturing, Packaging, or Gummies. However, there might be occasions where you will contribute across all production operations, making your role dynamic and engaging.
Requirements:
You need to understand and speak English well enough to pass the health and safety training. It would be great if you have experience in similar industries, but it's not necessary because training will be provided. Most importantly, you should be enthusiastic and able to work well in a team.
