The Role and Responsibilities
As a Private Client Solicitor at my client's firm, you'll have the opportunity to work with a highly respected team, handling a diverse caseload that includes Probate, Court of Protection, and a special focus on elderly and vulnerable client matters, particularly wills & trusts and financial management. To excel in this role, you should:
- Be a senior solicitor, seeking a path to Partnership or an existing Partner looking for a new challenge.
- Have experience managing your own caseload and engaging in business development activities.
- Demonstrate a history of strong billings.
- Be confident in delegating work to junior fee earners.
- Have the ambition and drive to progress and grow within the department.
- Hold a membership with STEP.
