Are you an experienced Personnel Coordinator or Crewing Coordinator looking for a new local opportunity?  This role has pace, daily problem solving and different challenges to overcome every day.  It requires grit, the ability to establish excellent working relationships, juggle many tasks and keep a good sense of humour throughout! As part of this role you will be;

  • Working in premier offices

The role will be varied and will include;

  • Managing on and offshore personnel across the globe over a number of projects

  • Logistics and coordination of travel, accommodation, crew changes, etc.

  • Recruitment of new contractors

  • Ensuring all documentation is compliant in relation to ID, Eligibility, Medical, Covid passes, etc..

  • Regular availability updates of workers

  • Proactive customer management

This exciting role will also include some UK and International travel.   If you are from an operational support role, personnel coordinator, resource planner or similar,  I would love to hear from you.

HOURS: Full time 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri
