Your Role
As the People Services Officer, you’ll be a crucial cog in the machinery, providing HR expertise and championing the organisation's vision, culture, and values. What Will You Be Doing?
You'll collaborate closely with the Culture team to bring about a holistic execution of tasks. Regular Business Partnering meetings will have you interfacing with all managerial tiers, providing concise, proactive advice and solutions. Your guidance in HR matters will be invaluable in promoting early issue resolutions. You'll also have a hand in policy and procedure dynamics, and so much more.
