People & Culture Advisor

An independently owned, highly successful ecommerce business in the Hemel Hempstead area is undergoing a continuous period of significant growth and is now on the hunt for a People & Culture Advisor to help shape the future direction and values of the company.

This newly created role is a perfect opportunity for someone that is level 5 CIPD qualified, with strong experience in generalists HR roles and shaping culture, ideally from the SME space.

Reporting only to the directors, you'll have the chance to make a real impact on the business as you assist in coordinating recruitment efforts, manage and maintain all people data and systems, and ensure the well-being and development of the employees.
