At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Pastry Chef for a stunning hotel near Kings Lynn.

My client are an award winning hotel & conference venue near Kings Lynn. You will be responsible for cooking some of the finest patisserie and desserts in the area using state of the art equipment and ingredients grown in and around the local area.
My client reward quality and standards over GPs meaning that every product leaves the kitchen in perfect condition and every guest is satisfied.
You will be responsible with your team for the patisserie for all functions, events and restaurant guests, every day will be different, so a great opportunity to join If you like a varied day to day operation.
As part of your role you will have the opportunity to train, coach, mentor and impart your skills and knowledge on the junior team.
The ideal candidate will come from a high standards pastry background and with knowledge and ability to cater to high volumes and standards.
This is a great role, for a candidate who enjoys a varied and rewarding job role, working a 40-45 hour week my client is offering a great salary of up to £35,000 plus overtime, tips and onsite Livein, my client is also offering a great pension, training & development.
