As their Organic Social/Influencer Manager, you'll create compelling, SEO-optimised content that improves their organic search rankings and enhances the customer journey. You'll own the influencer strategy (working with the Marketing Assistant who will roll out the strategy) and you'll be joining a recently expanded marketing team, working alongside some fantastic specialists across brand, UX and CRM to elevate their digital presence.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-quality written content that improves their organic search rankings
- Create engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and website copy
- Transform technical product information into accessible, customer-friendly content
- Support their transition from purely transactional to lifestyle-focused marketing
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics
- Proven SEO content writing experience with demonstrated results
- Strong understanding of keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Excellent writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Retail or e-commerce writing experience advantageous
- Digital analytics knowledge beneficial but not essential
- Full-time position at their Head Office on the outskirts of Norwich
- Car recommended, though walkable / bikeable from south Norwich city centre if you’re up to it!
