Our client, a true leader in their sector, is undergoing a sustained period of growth, and thanks to a growing portfolio of businesses under their name, they are now looking for an Estate Coordinator to provide professional administration and operations management to the properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in property management, a basic understanding of bookkeeping, and experience within contract management.
Working alongside the Chairman of the group holdings, you’ll coordinate suppliers and contractors to make sure that all work is completed on time, in budget, and to a high standard. You’ll also be involved in negotiating prices, reviewing and renewing leases, and ensuring all statutory obligations are met.
