Based onsite as the Select Specialist Recruiter, you’ll be the key contact for all staffing requirements in and around the factory floor; liaising directly with hiring managers and the wider business to anticipate changing needs and requirements needed. You’ll be maintaining your own supply of industrial labour, supported by the latest in recruitment and resourcing technology and coordinating onboarding, payroll and compliance for new starters.
This is a traditional high volume industrial temp desk with the luxury of focusing primarily on one established client. You’ll have scope to grow the account and capitalise on local opportunities however you’ll be safe in the knowledge that there’s always work to keep you busy. Better yet - alongside the investment and support from our client, you’ll also be a part of a national team of recruitment specialists in Select who’ll be on hand to offer as much guidance and support as you’ll need to make your desk a success.
