Office Manager – Hemel Hempstead

This growing business is looking for an Office Manager to join their team at their superb offices in Hemel Hempstead.
You will oversee the effective running of the office and report to the Directors.
About the role:
- Monitoring time-sheets and produce payroll alongside company accountants
- Manage and maintain company assets, fleet management
- Manage HR processes and procedures, recruitment & inductions
- Monitoring and running job reports on system
- Liaise with H&S regarding training and policies & much more!
- Proven office management and HR experience
- Strong IT skills including MS Office; Excel, Work & PowerPoint
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
22 Days Holidays (Rising to 25)
