Our Norfolk based client is looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to join their incredible field sales team bringing people their very own place to call home.
This role is perfect for someone looking to maximise their conversion rates from enquiry to sale, in order to help this you will receive great experience in the four stages of selling and learn key skills and processes – such as the “Help to buy” scheme – that will allow you to develop your own ability to manage and identify sales opportunities. This role will also involve you gaining knowledge of the wider property market, including market conditions, the second-hand market and local market prices.
The client is a reputable, acclaimed house builder with a history of forming long lasting relationships that encourage repeat business. You can be a part of that reputation and culture by providing stellar customer service, taking every opportunity for professional growth and achieving targets.
In return for your hard work and effort, our client offers:
• £27,000-£32,000p.a. depending on experience.
• Competitive monthly commission structure with OTE of £45,000p.a.
• Private Medical Insurance and Pension.
