This Business Development Executive position combines the excitement of working with multiple high-profile clients across a range of industry sectors with the security of comprehensive training and clear progression pathways. You'll be engaging in high-level business-to-business conversations, speaking directly with directors and senior decision-makers on behalf of key accounts, developing your consultative sales approach whilst building the professional gravitas that sets exceptional business developers apart from the rest.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll have the opportunity to develop essential sales skills that will serve you throughout your career, working across two or three diverse client projects simultaneously. This isn't about reading from a script – you'll craft your own compelling pitches based on in-depth briefings with your key accounts, ensuring you fully understand their requirements and can represent them with authority and insight. You'll hold meaningful discussions at director level, identify business opportunities, and arrange meetings for your clients across the country whilst gathering valuable market intelligence.
