Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.62 after 12 weeks)
Select Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established and growing production team specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.
This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable company that offers training, stability, and progression.
Day Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 5:45am – 3:15pm
Friday: 5:45am – 1:30pm
Enjoy early finishes and long weekends every week!
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate premium UPVC windows and doors using machinery and hand tools
- Assemble frames and components accurately
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Maintain high quality standards and meet production targets
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures
- Take part in ongoing training and development
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable but not essential
