This role plays a key part in keeping transport and logistics operations running smoothly — coordinating shipments, managing paperwork, and ensuring customers receive excellent service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transport activity
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling
- Prepare and process delivery and shipment documentation
- Maintain accurate system records and job data
- Provide updates and clear communication to customers
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and job costings
- Monitor progress of daily operations and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues
- Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or administration
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Experience with transport scheduling or supply chain coordination
- Understanding of delivery documentation or customs forms (not essential)
- £26,000 annual salary
