At Select Hospitality we are proud to be exclusivley working with a new Vegan production kitchen in Ely, looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee the production of all the busiensses products.
You will have an excellent understanding of Vegan and plant based products, as well as how to manage a small team. The kitchen will be following pre prepared specs for each dish, ensuring that all dishes arrive with the customer the same way each time. There will be opportunities in the future to be involved in new menu ideas.
This role comes with a great salary of between £28,000 & £32,000 working Monday to Friday 9-5.
