Due to an internal promotion, I am looking for a Junior Sous chef to join a team of talented chefs to bolster the offering and standards, award winning restaurant & function venue. This role is an amazing opportunity for a chef who is looking to work with a diverse range of menus, ingredients and customer requirements.
My client is a stunning restaurant hotel with separate private VIP Dining Room operation, who have daily events and are fully booked daily for months ahead.
The client actively encourages career development and offer an amazing training package giving you all the support needed to develop.
As well as a great salary package of up to £28,000, plus tips paid as a ratio of hours worked and currently looking at around £8000 - £12000, this role also offers a great pension, free parking on site, and meals on duty and excellent career prospects. My client is also working closely with a number of property agents and is able to assist with relocation, in the terms of deposit and shared rent
