Our client, a stunning country fayre pub and wedding venue nestled in 11 acres of scenic parkland on the banks of the enchanting Ormesby Broad, is looking for a talented and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to enhance their kitchen team. In this important role as a Junior Sous Chef, you will be creating and delivering exceptional dining experiences for their guests, while working in an idyllic venue.
Bring your culinary expertise to the kitchen, contributing to the creation of exquisite dishes that delight the guests. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menus, as well as oversee the preparation and presentation of food. You will also have an eye on ensuring that all food quality and safety standards are met.
We are looking for a team player who can work effectively with other chefs and kitchen staff. You’ll play a key role in coordinating food preparation and service, and ensuring that all orders are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is where your skills and experience will shine, as you communicate effectively with both kitchen staff and customers to deliver only the best.
