We are looking for a dedicated and talented Junior Sous Chef to join the team at the stunning country fayre pub and wedding venue nestled in 11 acres of picturesque parkland on the banks of the enchanting Ormesby Broad.

The clients venue is renowned for its idyllic and romantic wedding settings, fine country dining, luxurious accommodation, and fully equipped luxury woodland lodges.
The restaurant boasts a beautifully refurbished pub and dining space with intimate areas for couples and larger groups alike. Finished to the highest standards, the venue exudes warmth with natural finishes and subtle lighting, creating a welcoming ambience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Expertise: Bring your culinary skills to the kitchen team, contributing to the creation of exquisite dishes that delight our guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with chefs, collaborating on menu planning and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, adhering to the venue's reputation for excellence.
  • Creativity: Contribute innovative ideas to our menu, incorporating seasonal and local produce to create memorable dining experiences.
  • Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, guaranteeing a safe and clean working environment.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-quality dining establishment.
