I am looking for a Chef de Partie/Junior Sous in central Cambridge, with knowledge of working in fast paced restaurant operations.
My client are a brand new small plates and tapas Vegan restaurant in Central Cambridge, you should have a good understanding of vegan & plant based dining, however full menu training will be given.
This is a great opportunity, as you will be joining the company at the start of their journey.  The client currently has 3 sites, and is looking for new sites in the new year, so career progression is always available.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings.  Your standard working week will be 45 hours, however at times there may be the need to work extra paid overtime
