Are you an efficient and professional individual looking for a varied and interesting challenge in the sales team of a construction and project management company based in Northampton?

My highly successful client in Northampton is seeking an efficient sales administrator to support their project teams with varied sales support and administrative tasks. The environment you will be working in will be fast paced and great fun.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling client queries on the telephone and by email
  • Updating the CRM
  • Supporting the field sales team
  • Preparing quotations, proposals for projects
  • Liaising with the operational and engineering teams
  • Market research- Creating leads and sales opportunities
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Highly numerate
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good initiative
  • Warm and welcoming telephone manner
  • Experience with writing tenders an advantage
Personal Attributes:
  • Good people skills; able to deal efficiently & courteously with people at all levels
  • Driven and motivated with a keen interest in sales
  • Good general standard of education
