Are you looking for an exciting fast paced, evolving role in which you can be an integral part of the company’s growing success?  This role will be working in the hub of operations supporting a very busy grounds maintenance business, utilising your organisational ability, attention to detail and producing reports on Excel.  Some duties will include but not be limited to;
  • Providing full Administrative support to the operations department
  • Process operational paperwork from day to day projects
  • Managing and updating company databases
  • Producing reports and maintaining client, employee and financial records
This business has seen substantial growth year on year and continue to invest heavily in equipment, resources, staffing with health & safety always at the forefront.  The industry is fast paced and ever changing, you will ideally need to be from an operational background or similar, be highly organised, able to multi task and be able to maintain a good sense of humour whilst remaining calm under pressure. 
HOURS: 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri, 1 hr lunch.
