You’ll get the opportunity to recruit for multiple diverse opportunities, bringing your experience of the recruitment market to work a range of roles such as Digital Marketing for a healthcare company to a HVAC Engineer for a new build property development. You’ll bring your wide-ranging knowledge of the market to utilise the most effective recruitment practices in order to offer the best candidates to hiring managers delivering on the high quality our client is known for. Your experience of working on large accounts as either an agency or internal recruiter will be paramount to ensure you hit the ground running.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Be a time served recruitment expert that can deliver on a wide range of markets.
- Have the flexibility to support a wide range of hiring managers’ needs whilst delivering the best candidates on the market from your skills in headhunting & resourcing.
- Have the experience and confidence to develop technical competency matrices across the full spectrum of roles to ensure stringent shortlisting procedures.
- Provide bespoke advice on recruitment practice to ensure the best ways to approach onboarding of new staff through your agency or inhouse experience.
