Our North Walsham based client is looking for a Housing team leader that is confident in their abilities to manage incomes, operations and most importantly, people.
As a Housing Team Leader, people will be at the forefront of your role, ensuring that not a single penny is going to waste – as the client is passionate about spending money wisely and only in service of its tenants – as they believe it’s their money first. You will be using your income management experience and skill to support the Head of Housing and Operations Managers in that sector and enable the Tenancy Support team to be as effective as possible.
You will be joining a dynamic, supportive team of likeminded individuals who only aim to make things better, you will be encouraged to innovate and experiment – in order to develop the team and the company. With an emphasis on customer service and improvement, this role is perfect for someone that is looking to change up the way they work with a company that listens.
