I am looking for a driven and standards focused Bar Manager to join the senior management team of this stunning luxury Hotel and Spa in Essex.
As Bar Manager you will work closely with the F&B Management teams ensuring effortless and seamless service to clients and guests alike. The businesses is a real destination business attracting hotel guests, spa and golf guests as well as local customers to enjoy the beautiful surrounding facilities
You will be responsible for training and coaching the team in order to deliver the level of service expected at a 5 star hotel, the business is part of a small family run hotel group offering the best in training, coaching and career development.
You will ideally come from a high volume premium hotel or F&B background, be used to highly interactive service and be able to coach, mentor and develop your team to create a theatre of service in the restaurant
You will use your experience in the luxury bar and restaurant market and your food and beverage knowledge to be able to lead from the front, confidently talking to guests & upselling
As Bar Manager you will have a good understanding or wines, spirits and cocktails, and ideally have WSET Level 2 as well as good mixology experience and a passion for designing bespoke cocktails.
The Bar manager will be expected as part of the senior management team to work a variety of shifts including earlies, lates and bank holidays
