Due to an internal promotion I am recruiting for a retail manager to oversee the very busy Home Department, in this busy retail centre.
If you thrive on customer service, attention to detail and sales then this is the role for you!
As the retail manager you will have an eye for detail ensuring that all displays within the store are visually enticing and that your customers are given an aspirational shopping experience.
You will have experience managing a team of up to 10 staff, training, coaching and leading them to ensure your customers expectations are met and exceeded. As well as being sales driven you will also have a good understanding of profit maximization, as well as stock control and be able to analyse product reports and react to trends and any concerns
This is a hands on role, where you will be involved with moving large stock items around the store, leading by example at all times. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of stock control procedures using an EPOS System
