The Role:
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will:

- Manage a team of 6 excellent pastry chefs
- Mentoring apprentices
- Exceed guests' expectations with your exceptional skill and creativity.
- Work alongside the Head Chef to foster a supportive and motivated kitchen team.
- Achieve culinary excellence while ensuring profitability.
- Mentor and develop junior pastry chefs, ensuring consistency in service and product quality.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a superior kitchen operation.
- Build a strong rapport with the F&B team, enhancing teamwork and service quality.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- CIEH Level 2.
- Experience showcasing excellent food production skills.
- Capability to perform excellently under pressure.
- £39000 - £42000 salary with a share of gratuities.
