Our client is looking for an experienced Hotel Head of Meetings & Events to strengthen and streamline our Conference and Operations team. You must have prior experience at a hotel level.
As Head of Meetings & Events, you'll work closely with the General Manager, managing multiple events of differing sizes at the same time. You'll be part of the senior management team and must have knowledge of health and food safety, as well as relevant first aid.
You'll lead a large team of staff, training and coaching them to ensure the best service for clients. Back office F&B system knowledge and the ability to write and cost rotas and manage departmental P&Ls is essential. You must have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The role offers a great salary of £40,000 - £42,000, onsite live-in, industry-leading bonus scheme, pension, free parking, meals on duty, nationwide hotel discount package, and discounted gym membership.
