Our Cambridge University department client is looking for a Head of Business Systems and Analysis to join their HR Division.
Your knowledge of I-trent and other relevant HR systems will allow you to hit the ground running, analysing data provided from a multitude of sources to then spot which areas of HR can be improved to support the smooth running of the university. Your communication skills will lend you to deliver the data in a clear and succinct way, supporting other HR professionals in understanding the data and then improve their practices. Any knowledge of higher education statutes or processes will mark you out as an exceptional candidate.
