You’ll be using your experience of housekeeping to make sure all facilities are kept looking at their best by organising and directing your team. You’ll be leading all cleaning activities in the college, allowing you to use your experience to find best practice and review external contractors to ensure the college is well looked after. Your experience of management and health & safety will mark you out as an exceptional candidate as you’ll be working closely with your team, including any agency staff, to ensure they feel valued and are able to perform their job to the best of their ability. Any COSHH or IOSH qualification will support your application as you’ll be reviewing health and safety while monitoring performance of staff.
