Ensuring your kitchen staff comply with all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, you'll also be responsible for monitoring quality and minimising waste. With your keen eye for detail, you'll brief and debrief your team daily, allocating duties and helping junior members reach their full potential through skill development and positive mentor-ship.
To elevate our culinary offering even further, you'll assist in establishing new menu ideas that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients, all while maintaining target gross profit margins. Your keen focus on inventory management, stock rotation, ordering, and labelling will support the Executive Chef, providing comprehensive reporting to ensure the smooth running of a professional, accountable kitchen.
