Are you a high volume fresh food deli/bistro head chef looking to work in one of Cambridgeshire’s newest destination wellbeing retreats?  I am currently recruiting for a head chef vacancy for this high volume fresh food business,
As head chef you will be coaching, developing and mentoring a the team producing a menu using 100% fresh food catering for a large range of clientele and cuisines.  The client specialises in a mix of European and English dishes along with having a strong Vegan and Vegetarian following
This business is a real destination with businesses undertaking team building, couples and families looking for relaxation and to retreat.   
An exciting time to take control of the operating in this business, there is a lot of scope to open for private functions and to expand the current catering offering.
My client really invests time and effort in their team and recognise and reward those who go the extra mile, with a mix of industry training, excellent career progression and the opportunity to run your own kitchen. 
The ideal candidate will come from a busy fresh food background, have a good understanding of menu writing & costing, stocktakes, full due diligence and be able to run, motivate and develop the kitchen team and offering.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends & bank holidays
